I've simply taken a feed from the passenger high-beam wire into a relay (extra switch on the dash) and it works fine for me?

Me being Mr stupid. On my 11 year D4 I fitted ridged 6inch combo supplied by mike, but I had the land rover wiring harness. I have also just got two dually 2 from mike and going to try and fit them tomorrow as I have a new grill coming to sink them in. On talking to my local dealers they say there are two ways to connect, as these are LED lights and don't draw much currant they can be wired in conjunction with the combo's but to be on the safe side update the fuse. And, two they say I could draw a feed of the main beam headlight circuit beside the bulb as there is a 12 volt feed there as those bulbs are 12/55w Let's see tomorrow.

Yes I have xenons But the main beam is a fill in light and it is a 12/55w bulb
