Rear tailgate hard to close properly

My rear tailgate (upper) is getting harder to close and I sometimes have to slam it a few times to get it to shut. Even taking into account air pressure with the doors closed, it seems a bit hard to do. Is this likely to be related to the handle and switch or is there some adjustment on the latch mechanism? Had a search around but most people seem to have more of a job getting it open than shut Laughing

Hi Squidger yes you can adjust the upper gate, just pull off the rubber cap where the latch is and you will see the two bolts loosen then adjust bit fiddly to get it right. Mine was the opposite rattling a bit ok now though. 8)
