It will be ok.
Just remember to undo the drive shaft nut first before you remove anything. Then I would do the top ball joint remove the drive shaft and cable tie it to the anti roll bar then remove the ABS and brake sensor wires from the lugs on the top wishbone to save damaging them when you get the bottom ball joint removed etc. Then replace the hub in to the the top ball joint to hold it stable to remove the bottom ball joint. By removing the drive shaft you can get the nut off the bottom ball joint easier and also use a ball joint splitter or a big hammer easier. Also the use of a bottle jack or scissor jack to help with moving the wishbones up and down to make the job easy.
