IIDTool for LR4

The LR4 and RRS share a common architecture with the full size RR but not the same instrument cluster. We still have to figure out how to write on the TFT of the Range Rover, if possible of course. If everything goes to plan, we should release to beta testers for LR4 and RRS in the month of August and for the full size RR in September. At first, it will be release with Read/Clear fault and Air Suspension adjustments capabilities. We will then add Lives Values and Car Configuration feature and others shortly after.
