EPB stuck again!!!
Grrr... I had to replace my EPB about 6 months ago....was not happy then, but today it got stuck again! GRRRRRR. Car is sitting on the driveway not able to move.....#$%#@

have you pulled the wire -------------------------------------------------
if you cant hold on dont let go , it ill come in handy for something even if you never use it.

Hi Stew,
I had the same issue & didn't use the EPB for months.
I've just p-lucked up enough courage to have a go with the help of Bodsy's Brake Bible,
Adjustment was miles out. No idea what the stealer did at the service but they didn't touch the EPB @!#$%.
Took about an hour from start to finish & was actually quite simple.
May be worth a try as the issue will only get worse & lot more expensive if you leave it alone.

Just spoke to the garage. They will come in on wednesday. they couldn't come earlier due to high workload. Definitely sounds like teh EPB actuator is broken again and needs replaced....

Start the engine, push the handbrake button down and hold it, foot on brake at same time and hold it, turn engine off, then back on..... This released one for me on friday

Just had an update: the EPB module is gone....again! So this is the second one in 6 months.
What about Landrover warranty on original parts? Isn't that 12 months???
I think I'll write a letter to Landrover belgium...

Just a quick question: Landrover does provide one year warranty on all parts correct?
Reason for asking is that my garage says he has trouble claiming the EPB module which had failed after 8 months? He is suggesting I should now pay for it?
Can't believe that!

All genuine landrover parts carry a 12 months warranty
