My favourite all round tyre in 19" was the Pirelli ATR, even in snow. If I didn't have silly 20" wheels I'd still be running on those now! Strong, quiet on the road, and still good after 30k. Trouble is, people keep saying they're going to stop making them?

They are no longer on the Pirelli price list so are no longer available to order, we still had some on back order from a while ago..........so this is why you will still see the odd few turning up as I did this morning.
If anyone is tempted I strongly recommend buying five.
