Rear upper control arm

Came back a while ago from the dealer, had a strange noise wich they found and solved. OK so far.

Both they told me I should change my rear upper control arms, that the bushings are worn and it has to take place at the next service interval. (Done allready the lower front control arms last year)
Funny thing is.....I don't hear any strange knock or sounds or whatsoever....even not in offroad....

How can I check if they are really worn???
Or do they just want to sell me stuff I don't need....?

Anyone up for advise please Thumbs Up
