Think you will find these are all run by the HEART teams for each ambulance service. These are crews who have additional training over and above to deal with special incidents
They are trained and use BA, chemical suits and the like. Although they are specialist teams trained to do special things they still get involved in the day to day ambulance calls, we often have dealings with them and the Kent teams use a venue very close to me for some of their training.MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

Quite a high pressure, but I guess they are
bringing a lot of equipment in their cars.
And even upped the torque on the rims..
But better safe than sorry, going full
throttle to a casualty..
