Coolant warning after timing belt change

Just had my timing belt done at my local LR dealer and since then my low coolant warning light is appearing now and then. During the timing belt change will the coolant have been drained from the engine??? I asked LR today but the lass on the service desk didnt answer and instead told me to top it up with water. Is this someting i should do or not????

Yes bud they will have partly drained the system and do not top it up with water top it up with a mixture of antifreeze and water .

And run it for a few miles then check it again.
