Home Made Rock Rails
I know there are several companies making rock rails for the lr3. I've looked at pics all over the web but i'm having a hard time finding mounting instructions.
Does anyone here have any links to instructions or better pics of the mounting points for their rock rails?
I have a shop with welder, plasma cutter, and pipe benders and I just hate to buy something I can easily make exactly how I want.
I just need a little direction on making a good sturdy mounting option for the rails.

Hi,
this is a very similar situation here. I found lots of pictures of rock sliders for D3 but no technical info. I also have a local welder who is willing to help. Hope for some hins from other D3 owners who went through with home production of rock sliders.
