Arrived today Hess - thanks again - one of many jobs for the LR this weekend.
BIG box arrived from TLO with many suspension parts... Bonatti Grey with Tundra, Duratracs, DISCO3 sticker, De-badged then rebadged in black, EGRs blanked - still saving for IC and BAS remap...

Just out of interest... why do you need to disconnect the battery, I have taken my airbag out loads of times WITHOUT messing with the battery and never had a problem... surely the airbag will only activate if one of the sensors receives a hit?

Like wired4smoke says it is a precaution to make sure that it can't deploy.
Most if not all air bag removal topics and guides for the majority
of car brands recommend this. Whether it will deploy or not, I don't know
but it's just a small inconvenience to disconnect the battery and be safe
rather than end up with an airbag in your face and the cost of a new one,
airbag or face that is
