For sale howling moon 1.4 mtr deluxe roof tent

1.4 mtr deluxe model, bought in 2006 but very little use and totally mint.
I'm away using for 1 last weekend this week then going, as I'm going to buy Oztent add on room for my rv5 ( kids don't like the roof tent either Crying or Very sad ) very reluctant sale.
On here before eBay next week, priced to sell at £600.00 as they are going for silly money on the bay.F
Pics to follow when I've taken some this weekend if needed, otherwise http://www.howlingmoon.co.za and look up deluxe 1.4.
Please note this isn't the touring model so cant fit an additional Anex.
Collection only due to size Thumbs Up

Will this work With two roof bars or do you need something more substantial?

Cheers

People have mounted them with 2 roof bars, but 3 helps spread the load better. They are usually put on with roof-racks, but you don't have to. My Hannibal tent is on a Hannibal rack though. Racks usually have 3 mounts or so per side - so this helps spread the load - hence the recommendation for 3 roofbars.

2 bars is fine for the 1.4 but any bigger then as previously stated, I would recommend the Rhino bars fro boab rather than LR aero bars Thumbs Up

Steve

I had the 1.8m Eezi Awn sleeping 2 adults and 2 children, on two LR Aero bars through Europe with no issues whatsoever and that weighed a lot more than your Howling Moon.
