window strip bubbles

noticed a few bubbles appearing on one of the rear window rubbers recently . dont know if its the rubber or rust spotting underneath ,if rubbers how easy are they to replace and what are the part nos if anyone knows Thumbs Up MY05 SE D3 Manual my first LR what a car
MY10 HSE D4 auto
MY14 XXV more buttons than the spaceshuttle

Common problem, mine are the same too, it's the springy metal insert moulded into the rubber that rusts.

I believe they're easy enough to replace, just a screw each end from inside the door and pull them off.
