In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
Dave ...its a 2 inch strip of electrostatic matting self tapped into the front rail. Works a treat for wind noise...but make sure it's barely touching the roof otherwise you risk paint damage

Or just cut the top of your rack, although it does not reduce the wind noise much. It does however, get you into car parks (but not with your kit on top)

some really great vehicle out there, i really appreciate the photos. what size wheels and tyres are you running they mostly look like low profiles on. did they handle ok?D3 HSE ,FIXED TOW BALL, REAR LADDER, G4 ROOFRACK, GENUINE SNORKEL.
