Taking delivery of a new D4 in Stornaway Grey in Leeds?
Hopefully not one of the two on trade plates thats I have just seen being driven by men in suits (salesmen?) through Hunlset in South Leeds trying to play dodgems with each other. The front one kept slamming the brakes on to see if the second would run into its rear, before thrashing it to get away and do the same again. Last seen turning into Tate Vehicles Repair Facility. (looks like its also a vehicle prep center.)
Far to busy playing at teenage twocers to care about the new D4's or the other road user behind them, including me!
Rant over.
Man with no D3 anymore, but cant leave the forum....how sad.

Good to know that, especially if you're expecting your new (hard earned) Disco 4 and it be pristine and never driven in anger before, personally I would like someone in authority at the relevant dealership to be told, ................ and sack the numpties !!

'Farnells Central Leeds' is in Hunslet (used to be Guy Salmon), I'd be tempted to give their DP a call and shop 'em

Did you contact the DP then, or has he just read the forum ?
Reading the forum would indicate an active interest in finding out what the customers demands , expectations and needs are.
I hope he does, although I shall not hold my breath LR4 HSE 5.0 V8 Alaska White

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Farnells in Guiseley. The customer service has been first class and much better than my experience with Audi and Porsche. I am sure the Group DP would be horrified if he knew this was going on and I am sure the culprits will be dealt with appropriately!
Unfortunately, there are always going to be employees who behave in a questionable manner.Current:
2014 RRS 3.0 HSE
Porsche 997 GT3
BMW 118d SE
Past:
D4 HSE 3.0 TDV6 Auto
D3 HSE 2.7 TDV6 Auto

I have had a reply from the DP thanking me for bringing this to his attention, the matter has apparently been investigated and appropriate action taken against those involved.
As in the post above I have always had great service from Farnell's over the years and I'm assured that they read the forum and find it valuable although for commercial reasons don't directly contribute.

Yeah, just a shame that their staff let them down in the first place, not good to see people abusing other peoples pride n joy !
If I found out one of them was mine, I'd have been looking for someone's head to roll !
