What section and load rating are the tyres? As you know 50s an't no good for a D3.
why are 50's no use for a Disco?

50's clearly too low for a D3 and tyres may be under load rated as well
as a set of alloys though it's a cracking price and if you were intersted I'd ebay the tyres and souce a set of M+Ss offsetting the cost.
