Colin,
Sorry to hijack this being an L322 owner but would this be possible on the 05-09 L322's that have te MOST system like my td6 or would it only be for ones with the complete outside and inside face lifts?
Also are you saying that if someone had an SV licence msv2(nano or extreme) they would be able to get it working on others cars??
Thanks Colin,

AFAIK, only the D3/D4 and RRS have the option to enable the ACC function, and nothing for the FFRR.
Will try and check it out at some point today, as there may have been an update since I last checked My D3 Build Thread

I'm not sure if they introduced it before the 10MY on the L322 but it would be nice to have it FFRR Owner, very nearly became a D3 owner

No option for ACC on any FFRR before 2010MY. Interestingly though, the D4 has ACC, or ACC with Queue Assist My D3 Build Thread

My condolences DM
AFAIK all models could have ACC physically added and enabled in the CCF with any diagnostic equipment that provides full CCF editing capabilities and sadly try as they might all others have still to catch up to what is possible with the BBS MSV-2.
My initial efforts to physically do this did not work as it should have and as expected, and i have detailed the various reasons i believe may have been the cause of this failure. I have toiled to eradicate the vast amount of problems that i believe may have caused the failure, but have yet not found the time to give this another attempt.
I do hope that i will be able to re attempt and prove this out successfully early in the new year.

Thank you for your time Colin
Im guessing from your statement that it may still be possible to retrofit to an L322 05-09MY Variant as the most bus system isn't too different from a D3/4 ???FFRR Owner, very nearly became a D3 owner

The ACC was fitted as standard on some high end L322's so it is clearly an option in the L322 CCF.
But i have to imagine it being dependent on the presence of some other ECU's on the CAN bus, so the later the vehicle and more CAN bus oriented the L322 is the better.

I'm very keen to try and get this setup working and have ordered the ACC ecu and a used radar unit for my D4, both from ebay. I'm a bit stuck on the forward alert switch and how to identify the HS CAN bus.
Would someone be able to post a part number for the switch and help with where and how to patch into the High speed Can bus?
Best regards and a happy new year to all!!

Happy new year BTW
Being Vogue spec i should have most bits inside bar anything RSE related really I have found that faults seem to self clear as well which is nice and i have the odd bit of BMW tech in there for the gearbox and ems as its the M57 engine so maybe a BMW system would be more adept for mine but still, lets see how it goes with the D3's first FFRR Owner, very nearly became a D3 owner
