DSC kicking in too much!!

Morning all,

driving on friday and saturday i noticed that the DSC seemed to be kicking in an awful lot and only happens on left hand bends where the weigh trnasfers to the right, lean/roll.. my driving wasnt over enthuastic by any means, and while there was frost the night before i never felt it sliding away from me, just the DSC interupting. Checked tyre pressures and all seemed ok and double checked wheel nuts.
any one have this issue before, took it for a drive this morning down a quiet country road near my house and threw it about but could not recreate the DSC scenario! any help greatful and there is no fault lights on the dash.

Regards,

Ian.

Usually tyre pressures mixed with road conditions, but Tyre pressures are usually the biggest culprit of doing this unexpectedly.

tyre pressures are bang on so not sure of an underlying issue. as above could be steering angle sensor but would that relate to DSC and what would throw it out of range/tolerance Question

Hi

I have the same problem as well on my D3 and its been like it for months and has never caused a real problem. Thinking about it, it only started playing up after is was rear ended in a bad way in the summer. I had the last laugh though, as the large white van that hit me was a write off!!!
