Hi - my D3 now uses over 15l per 100kms whereas it should be nearer to 12. Its a 2005 and have had recent transmission problems leading to new transfer box and gearbox. Anyone seen same thing ? Any advice ?

I have a 2006 TDV6 S model and also had the transfer box replaced a while ago. My consumption varies between 10 and 12 km per litre. A mate of mine has a 2009 TDV6 SHE and after a recent service he was getting in the region of 7 km per litre - has has done some remapping and I am waiting for him to get backfrom leave to see if there is adifference.

I am getting between 9.3 & 10 - however my D3 is manual, and has Pete Bell's magic remap.
