| Confused about model range |

Land Rover web site lists the spec for a GS, XS, SE, HSE, but I've seen a couple of "S" models on the road and on the web.
Where does the S model fit in and why isn't it listed on the Land Rover site??

The 'S' model is now the 'XS'. They are more or less the same the 'S'has a few things the 'XS' hasn't and the 'XS' has things the 'S' hasn't.

Welcome, what Chris is trying to say is that you are seeing 2004-06 models on the road. Land Rover has now changed the range to try and reflect the Disco2 Branding....
All the details are correct, you will also see GS and HSE Models. "To finish first, one first has to finish ...."
