Hope you get sorted, after cleaning mine its been trouble free for over 2 years, having the webast timer mod helps as you can fire it up through the summer to keep it it running order.
Good Luck guys'Just because you're breathing doesn't mean you're alive'

Mine is playing silly bu**ers too, started working after I fitted Pete's remote then began to get intermittent, now will not fire - think it's the coolant pump.
FCR gives code B1D27 and says coolant pump short to ground. FBH tries to fire, goes through it's 'routine' but no go. cannot feel the coolant pump trying to run so will attempt to put 12v across it and see what it does.
I've found a 'trouble shoot' chart which may be of some help
I to am blessed with a duff FBH. Mine mainly produces clouds of smoke…..
I have two questions
1) Is there anybody in the midlands that can service/repair other than the main stealers?
2) If I decide to start fresh with a new unit is it main dealer only or are there alternative?
Regards Kev

Well I guessing my FBH is fubar
Was really happy after fitting the BAS controller and my FBH kicked into life but my joy was short lived for it no longer works. FCR fault code is B1D27 which relates to the coolant pump electrical failure. Had thepump off today and it works OK so the fault must be in the heater itself ?? Perhaps the circuit board ??
Checked output across the pump when FBH is trying to start and it only reads 9.6v (battery voltage is fine 12.25v).
So, any ideas chaps ?? I've got WD on the car (less 20% betterment) - presumably to claim under that I'd have to remove all traces of the BAS. To be honest, if it possibly is a simple fix, I'd rather do it myself. Looked on flea bay but no evidence of a gash one going spare.
There was one on ebay the other day - went for about £220 ISTR
Mine is too - glow plug problem, couldn't get it past the initial warmup cycle using the Webasto software - then the main 20A fuse blew and nothing since.
Going to get it into a Webasto service centre soon and see if it is completely knacked or just a bit knacked Mark.
