Tow Bar Electrics
Hi
I have just purchased a detachable tow bar and "dedicated" electrics loom with 13 pin connector. It's all new and same kit which is supplied from LR but at reduced price.
They tell me once loom is installed its job done. Have since been told by a.n.other I need to go and get my car re-coded after electrics installed.

cant make out if they are genuine electrics ..but if they are .
once fitted they will work ...they will disable the PDC and a small trailer icon will flash on the dash with the indicators .
if you have the electrics enabled ..either at a dealers or with a faultmate ..all it does is disable the terrain response knob from lifting/ lowering the car automatically ...it will still raise / lower by the height button .G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Ok. Thank you.
The box that the electric came in has what looks like a part no. of 21190501RC. "Right Connections" seems to be the suppliers name.
Hopefully everything will be fine. Will find out soon I suppose.
