| Front wishbone replacement. |

Hi guys,
i was wondering if someone could tell me how much it is to replace the front wishbones on a Discovery 3. I was told today that it is cheaper to just buy new wishbones rather than buy the bushes, as it is more labour intensive and costly.
Also is their anybody near Surbiton that can do this job at a decent price, sadly i dont have the tools or the area to work on this myself.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

I am just having mine done today by Quadratech in Brixton who I have used over many years both for my RR and D3 as soon as the warranty expired.
I rate their work and good honest advice and price.

Hi Gardner
I got my front wishbones changed by Quadratech for (labour only) of £150. I already had a pair from TLO for about £250 including bolts as I was going to do it myself. Cut a long story short, I couldn't get the ball joint loose and took it to Quadratech. It took them several hours!!
All in all, around £400.00 and it drives lovely, no knocks at all. Giggity - Giggity

Should have said, get your tracking (4 wheel laser alignment) done afterwards, another £100!

TFC cash charges about £600 steamers want £800. But steamers does Inc wheel alignment, not that you hear many good reports about wheel alignments done by LR on here. Parts have recently gone up in price and it's now £180 per side from TLO.
