Apart from the cambelt [which you're aware of] have a thorough check on the suspension bushes & steering balljoints.
It's around this sort of mileage that things need replacing.
Could be a bill up to £1k ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Due to your location......I would check it has all 4 wheels (& spare)
Essential IMHO to have a full warantee preferably Warantee Direct or LR.

Check the reversing sensors work
Check both keys work
Check the operation of the spare wheel winch
Check tailgate struts aren't wobbly
Check the sunroof drains aren't blocked
Check for black smoke on kickdown
Run through all gears, high and low range, all terrain settings
Check the roof for scratches
Check the steeering wheel buttons
Check the Electronic Parking Brake works
Check the different heights on the suspension settingsVIN: A175A328***
