What does the D3 do better than the D4?
OK, so all you D4 owners, that either still or have previously owned a D3:
Is there anything that the D3 had or did, that the D4 doesn't have or do, that you wish it did?
Obvious ones are:
Front storage 'holes'.
Handles on headrests.
Anything else?D4 XS MY12 Galway

Parking ticket clips on A-pillars.
Somewhere to hang the key.
Bumpers that don't scratch every time someone looks at them.
Ability to select the audio without losing the NAV screen.
Can lift hot coffee out of the cup-holders without being a contortionist.
Softer seats
Purity of design un-fussed by marketing boll*cks
However, I wouldn't change my D4 for anything. Absolutely love it and the engine is sweet as a nut.
Less trips to fuel stations too!!!

Drives better! Wish I'd never sold our D3! It was much nicer to drive....
this thing never seems to be in the correct gear, and I thought the twin turbo would erradicate the delay when pulling away from standstill, but if anything this is worse than the D3!
Wish I had kept the D3 and saved myself 30k which is what it cost to change.
