I went to reverse off drive a few days ago,put into reverse took handbrake off took foot of brake car dint move,i gave a few more revs and it felt like brakes were on then clunk the car moved,no warning lights or owt.
now i only do short trips but it feels a bit sluggish and my mpg is going down,(been constant upto now)pads look ok thru wheels nearly new, owt i can check? java Black D3 gone : (

Sometimes the park brake sticks on mine. Usually after I have washed it or driven in heavy rain. Same symptom as yours. So long as its not squeeking as you drive around, then don't worry.
