Can't remember but does it not tell you on the drivers door plate along with tyre pressures.

In round numbers, 600kg excluding the weight of the driver and a 90% full tank of fuel (assume a SD of 0.8)

Your V5 is the authoritative number as it details any options fitted to your particular vehicle that affect the kerbweight.

You have three numbers that you mustn't exceed - front axle load, rear axle load and max gross weight, all of which are shown on the VIN plate (and in the handbook).
