| Discovery 4 headlights, DRLs and Xenon- onto Disco 3 |

Hi All
So I know most of this has been asked a thousand times, I have searcjed and searched and have found lots of similiar situations but not cant find the answer I am looking for. (also not sure the best foruk section to put it in)
I am facelifting my Discovery 3, I have found all the links regarding cutting wings etc etc
However, I need help with the headlights.
I bought a set of cheaper Halagons (by mistake) which are not xenon and do not have DRL's. 
My question is, the little caps where the DRL's would go look like theare removable, I know I will have to remove the lense to do this but has anyone succesfully wiring in some after markt leds and the look factory, I know the factory ones have a circuit board etc but I am thinking I "only" need to get LEDs and place them in the holes that are already there? but dont know if there others have tried this and if so what did you use?
OR
has anyone found an aftermarket light "strip" which would be simliar to the discovery 4.5 and retro fitted something into a Discovery 4 without it looking tacky aftermarket 
Finally Xenon, I have Xenon on the Disco3 at the moment, has anyone had any joy fitted HID kist to the factory headlights? is there a set that fits particularily well? 
(or just sell the halagon lights and buy a set of later DRL lights with Xenon, but lose a chunk of money in the process 
Any help is greatly appreciated

P.S. I will have a pair of de tangoed xenon disc3 lights, disco 4 style front grill for disco 3, I also have Disco 3 rear bumper, disco three front bumper (damaged), disco 3 standard grill, disco 3 standard rear lights (stuff that I am sure is reaily avaliable on here)

Ah, didnt realise there was a minimum post thing... sorry if I have broken any rules, if a moderater sees it fit then please delete my lastcouple of sentences...
There have been loads of things I could have posted about, but I have been trying to use the search and found most things I have needed... 
Ironically if I had just been a pain and just posted stuff I would have probably got the posts up 
Nevermind...
So has no one retro fitted a DRL type thing to an early disco 4?
When searching I though I found some headlights with DRL's that are more blue then standard so assumed someone had done it but couldnt find who or how? For the record I dont want blue I want white/factory look.
