Complimentary Land Rover Clinic

Got a letter from my dealer, Rossleigh in Perth, offering a free Land Rover Clinic. Apparently they will inspect my car providing me with an estimate for any work required (like what?) and then top up my fluid levels and give it a complimentary wash + vacumn.

Anyone been to anything like this? Sounds like it's worth it irrespective of how much crap you have to listen to...
