Hi I appear to be suffering from an intermittent warning which states emergency brake assist not available and stability control not available. Anyone else had this issue?

Hi I see that many people have.... not...... replied to your posting.
I have been seeing these faults, plus Restricted Performance, lowered suspension and engine warning light (yellow engine, yellow and red triangles). Normally switch off and restart fixes it, but today, mine decided that it liked Christmas so the lights stayed on  My drive is on a slope, and not enough power to get onto the road  so stumped really - No AA in France 
Did you get to the bottom of yours or did you wisely sell yours once problem was fixed?  MY10 D4 2.7 TDV6 Manual - the rare one
