On a couple of occasions while driving, iv'e heard a single chime,bong,ping call it what you will. Is this a warning of some sort? I don't think i was driving too fast. We had our belts on ect. Last time it happened i was towing but its happened before. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance

Mine does the same, not aparent reason and not message displayed on the dash.
Just thought it was a little quirk of the car. Disco 3 TDV6 SE, black, de-badged, blacked out windows, cream leather interior, never seen a dirt track in its life.

As all the other replys, nothing on the dash,not cold,not sure what you mean Duncan what speed do i have what set at?

Gary, you can set a speed reminder chime, so if you set the speed at say 60mph and you go faster than 60mph it will chime and show on the dash that you have gone faster than the set speed

you will find it in the stalk mounted settings menu.....it shows as overspeed warning....you can then set it for whatever speed you want....or just "off" if you don't need reminding of a heavy right foot ! "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool,than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
