How easy is it to change the battery? |
|
Sounds like a silly question but I'm not very handy with the spanners
I changed the battery ok on my old Freelander but wondering whether the D3 has any interesting/complex tricks up it's sleeve that mean I should have a professional do it?
Really welcome any advice here

Easy just make sure it goes to sleep first - ie the handbrake light has gone out after closing the doors.
Then its all the same as a 'normal' car. All things shipping, storage, transport. UK and worldwide.

and always undo the negative battery lead first and move it out of the way, positive second.
Refitting - pos first, neg second.
