Crumbs, that is serious. I do hope he has all his facts right, or I smell legal action, or ebay may pull the ad.
I sympathise with a lot of his occurences, I too have had a suspension deflate at 70mph - it nearly made me park it in the dealer principles office and demand replacement!
I don't think he has a chance of selling it at 40k + with all these issues. If I wanted one, I would pay the new price and get a new vehicle.
I don't think by airing his dirty laundry in public so to speak, will help his case for a replacement vehicle - I wonder if he was/is on Martins RR Sport forum?
