Philips D2S Xenon Bulbs Bargain Price

Hi All
I have just taken delivery of some Philip D2S bulb brand new bulbs. I had to buy a lot to get them at a good price and I would like to sell some sooner rather than later to release some needed cash.

These bulbs retail at Land Rover from 90 GBP each and up

i sell them on HIDS4U normally for 59.99 inc VAT but have them on offer at 35 at the moment

I am willing to sell them to forum members only for 25 GBP inc VAT plus small pp cost

So grab em while you can

All D3s have these fitted as do most RR sports upto around 2009 when they switched to the D1S. These wont fit D4s

All Xenon bulbs go bluer and less output with age and are brightest for the first 1000 hours.

Here is the link http://www.hids4u.co.uk/Philips-D2S-Bulb-X...-bulb.html

I also have taken stock of some amazing upgrade bulbs for those of you that prefer the whiter/bluer light. philips have finally released some ultrablue bulbs. I cant do anything on price for these but can throw in half price LED sidelights http://www.hids4u.co.uk/Philips-UltraBlue-...75291.html

Regards

Ian

Ian, can you confirm that £25 is your price for a pair as one would normally replace both at same time due to the ageing colour change?

Navigator 25 pounds would be each sir!

You pay more than that for decent halogens

The only reason i got them so cheap is i bough o so many...

when they are all in my car i can more than double the value of it - and thats cost to me Surprised

Its on of these rare occasions so i went for it but it was a lot of cash and I need to get some of it back to the bank manager Smile

Stuart, have you changed your headlamps to the Xeon units?

Think these only apply to Xeon units and not Halogen?

Alan,

Yes. Selkie's dad was in Glasgow, so he brought them down for me.

We have not met up for a while - maybe there will be a few folk at the painter's tomorrow?

Ian

Do I understand that the bulbs you are offering are a replacement for those in the OEM Discovery 3 Bi-Xenon headlights, which I think are part numbers LXBC500042 & LXBC500052?

Yes the bulbs are replacement bulbs for all D3s that have OEM factory fitted Xenon headlights. The Philips part number is 85122

They are identical in performance and quality to the Osram ones and the colour is 4100K

This is the animal - but note i buy bulk so no pretty boxes

They are brand new with full 12 month warranty

Google them and you will see what a bargain this is. next cheapest is 58 GBP Smile

Ones on Ebay cant even come close - and these are often knock off, fakes or second hand.

This is the link - no code to use as its a hidden link just for D3 users

If you have converted your D3 to Xenon from Halogen not using the original Xenon headlights then these bulbs are not for you - and you really need the H7R bulbs to stop glare

I am still waiting for some good pictures from Mark but the ones he sent so far are :

and compare this to the amount of light and cut off of the original halogen

dont have one of the normal H7 HID bulb but can assure you it would fill the whole bowl with light

Ian,

I changed the entire light unit to these :-

Can you just confirm the suitability of the bulbs - you have me wondering now!

As the light units were pre-owned, I'm not sure how many hours use the bulbs may have had. I might well fit the new bulbs now, and keep the old ones as the spares.
