didi number of autobahns in last few years doing around 90-110 over longer stretch of road (slightly more wobbly coiler) and never felt like driving on the edge
the only thing which might have been on the edge was fuel consumption LOL

is this a new challenge thread? If so I'm going to load mine up the same
Mine was empty, the suspension is way too soft to put too much in and drive in those conditions
and the fuel does seem to vanish Experience is a difficult teacher, because she gives the test first and then the lesson afterwards!!!!

I did a Driver Awareness course couple of weeks ago after being caught doing 59 on a 50 stretch of Motorway - and have been keeping to speed limit religously since then - difference in fuel consumption when travelling at 70 vs. 85 is eye opening - 31 MPG vs. 25 and journey seems more relaxing, less braking, more time to react ect - spookily, journeys dont appear to take longer either

that I think it would be great idea to bring the motorway speed limit to 80 as in most EU countires so the traffic flow wold be aroung 55-60 very comfy and quite economical

Now, pistols down! I have been told that once over the ton, the D3 lowers itself to access level, is that correct? Me, myself and I was on an empty dual carriageway not long ago - and I sat there a 105 for what seemed like forever and --- nothing How long does it take?????
Everthing goes up and down as normal when parked up! (and the D3)

Not down to access level - it just drops approx 1".
This feature lowers the suspension ride height
by 20mm, if the vehicle exceeds 160 km/h
(100 mph) for longer than five seconds. This
action is automatic and cannot be over-ridden.
Ride height will return to normal when vehicle
speed remains below 130 km/h (80 mph) for 30
seconds
Oi! Syd, I drive the G4 with care (it is on MTR's so that and fuel consumptions speed limits it) and I drive the Prius like I stole it!!Craig
