Disco 3 EGR questions :)

OKe so i have the next question Wink

My egr valves are out of service Censored Smile Will order my blanking kit in a few weeks Smile My question is : would it be a probleme to drive the car with the egr's broken ? I use the car for work so it's daily driven Wink Would the broken valves do anything to the engine or the most inportant the cat ? A lot of smoke comming out of the back exhaust's Rolling with laughter so i presume that that smoke goes through the cat Smile

Is it better to order blanking kit's or just buy the 2 egr's ? Question

Best of luck , Slax Wink Bow down Bow down

Why not do a temporary blank of the egrs?
Think Landrover assist use coins or a bit of tin?

slax, just do a temp blank to get yourself going again.

Thanks to Andrew Bow down

They are easy to make, dont have to look pretty as you can not see them
when fitted and takes about 1hr for a novice to fit. Then you can decide
which way you want to go with the repair.
