Hi Guys,
Just brought my first Disco ( Love it!!) I ended up with a 2005 V8 SE LPG in the end. must be something about V8'S
Went in for a service the other day , all fine they changed one of the bulbs, car was fine for day. and then when i switched the lights to automatic the dashboard goes crazy with the message centre saying
Transmission fault
HDC fault
When I stop the car and the put the lights back to 0 the car is working fine. changed it again to automatic and the same thing happen again!
ideas/suggestions?

Think it's something about one filament in the stop/tail light shorting because it's too close to the other filament. Apparently causes all sorts of weird electrical problems, and you need to get geniune LR bulbs.

try changing the bulb again - they can cause wierd things to happen Duncan
