Some of the measurements include the phone aeriel for those cars that have it, adding I think 5 or 6cm.

I got mine under the 1.85m 'Flexiplus' height restriction at the Eurotunnel yesaterday 8) I remembered to lock access height before driving in. I forgot on the way out to France and got waved away into the steerage lane
It certainly is very close getting onto the train but it will fit.
On a vehicle with a rear access ladder, the top of the ladder is the highest point.

I drive into a 1,80m carpark on a regular basis. Granted there may be a small margin but 1,89, I don't believe it. Must say I don't have roof rails, sunroofs or fin. The heights listed on the sun visor have a safety margin if you ask me.
