Wiper arms ,(taking off)

Anyone help with getting wiper arms off ?? just come to get mine off to get the panel off that they sit on but wont budge Shocked ive took nuts off and thought it was a simple case of just pulling em up off the spline but not to be Big Cry any easy solutions ??????

They should pull off, but you needs a small tapping stick, pop the nuts on a couple of full turns then pop a small prising tool under the ARM beloew the nut using a fulcrum prise up gently and at the same time tap on the nut and it should pop off, repeat using wd40 or the like till they do
