| Odd binding/grinding in the steering |

Another issue that is happening more frequently in my LR3: sometimes when I am really cranking the wheel from one side to the other, like often happens when you back out of a parking spot, I get an odd binding feeling and gritty noise from the power steering. This didn't happen when the vehicle was new, so I assume this isn't normal. Has anyone experienced this before? Just wondering as I'm close to leaving on holiday and wonder how imminent the failure is  '05 LR3 HSE

not had this issue... 15,700 miles.
may be worth checking out with the dealer.
