root cause analysis

been reading all the mans checking all the points of failure and all but still have not managed to figure out why:

although wheel alignment has been done, brakes seems to be operating withing parameters car is still pulling to the left??

fuel consumption has gone down to Censored level although car well maintained serviced and all....

what suggestions would you all come up with on SERIOUS note this time to compile the list of thing to be checked for all owners to tick all the point on the list towards best possible vehicle setup for best performance

Ukraine 

You getting any ENGINE SYSTEM FAULT events?? If so your turbo could well be Fooked and low mpg might be due to that not wheel problems.

I suppose this was a 4-wheel alignment and not only 1 axle?

Brakes not binding?
Wheel bearing?

What happens if you drive in the middle of the road and take your hands off the wheel?

Tyre pressures set correctly?

keep the pressures at 34 front 38 rear check quite frequently and driving hands free cars wonders to the left???

I read too many of these threads to remember WHERE I read it.. But if your camber/castor is 'out' of the proper setting [so left different from right side] there is a difference in 'pull' so the left one might create a preference to turn left... I think it's this, or a caliper sticking due to wear. They block in the end position, letting the brakes "stick". But that's normally only with very high mileage;

What tyres are you running? I had similar issue with General ATs, which was solved by swapping wheels diagonally. I think some chunky tyres have a very flat profile that can get worn with the road camber. That wouldn't help with the MPG, though.

To me, it sounds like a brake sticking (either disc or epb). When you have been driving for some time does one wheel feel hotter than the others?
