It's at the dealers...!.... NOW WITH PHOTO!
By jove, they've got it...
Not suggesting for one moment that this has bee a long and tortuous process, but Martin at Marshall's of Bedford will have earned his pocket money when we get to next Wednesday, 16th Feb...
Had a call earlier, backed up by an e-mail, to say that the car is now at the dealers and will be delivered Wednesday morning...
To suggest that I'm chuffed may well be something of an understatement!

I think I have finally decided on Baltic Blue also, going in to order mine next week, as a matter of interest how long since you ordered it?

Long and hideous story...
Originally wanted to order it in July, but there was a model change looming and no-one could give costs or specs and I couldn't order it and then sort out the money later (as one dealer suggested) as it's a company vehicle and our FD wouldn't sign up for that sort of shenanigins...
So.... ordered in mid-Aug but they then had problems with the 3 litre engine (apparently no-one anticipated the popularity of the D4) and mine is a commercial so it had to wait for the elves in Special Vehicles to work their magic and they only do so when there is a batch to go through...
I believe that standard cars are rather quicker to arrive!
Go for it - I will post photos of the actual car when it arrives next week.D4 Commercial - 65 Plate, 2016MY

cant see a dent, but I do (kind of) like the two tone color scheme Experience is a difficult teacher, because she gives the test first and then the lesson afterwards!!!!

Lifted Disco, have a good day tomorrow, sleep well .... if you can .... One question you can answer for me.... does the tail gate have the rubber mat fitted on the commercial or is is that carpet stuff. This will influence whether I order the rubber mat with my dog box ... Thanks! Simon,

Hiya
The rubber mat is in the load area only - the tailgate is covered with carpet.
Hope this helps

I think you will fin that there was one Baltic blue one left, but all the windows and every panel had been smashed in The garage said it was repairable but would require a new body shell which would take 4 mths as they had ran out, but apparently they have a D3 shell and are going to ask the owner if he minds them fitting that and giving him a free service in compensation
