I think the answer to this is "its impossible" but I will ask anyway just in case someone knows of a solution.
I have a large file of POI's which I would like to add to the SatNav.
I have them in .ASC and .OV2 format. (Latitude/Longitude)
With my previous TomTom I could upload them to the SatNav from my laptop via USB or Bluetooth.
However with the built in SatNav on the Disco the only way I can see to add locations is manually one at a time - a really time consuming task.
Also the data entry units seem fixed as Degree, Minutes, Seconds there seems to be no way to alter this to Degrees (decimal).
Any ideas?

OK I have now typed in a long list of stored locations.
If the battery ever needs to be disconnected will I loose them all?

How do you put in a location based on coordinates. Today I had to search for a new drilling rig location. It was in the hills in the Czech Republic I had coordiantes but I couldn't quickly find were to enter them.
Luckely the roads were a bit north-south and east -west so with the coordinates is one hand and looking at the off-road navigation i could find it.
But I thought you could put in the coordinates. But How? Roel

Press navigation button (left of two)
Choose navigation on road
Menu
Destination
Go to page 2 of 2 by pressing top left arrow
Choose coordinate option
Press option for w or e, n or s.
Enter latitude starting with two digit angle 01 to 90
Enter longitude starting with three digit angle 001 to 180.
Now a question.....can it switch between decimal and degrees minutes seconds? How? 33370 Fargues Saint Hilaire
