| Park Brake light stuck on ! |
|
Pulled up on the drive locked car and looked inside and park brake light was illuminated on the instrument binacle
I got back in took it off and the light extinguished promptly !
Tried on and off umpteen times and each time the light came on and went off as it should it was only when I got out and locked the car I noticed that it was still on ?
Went downstairs a minute ago and it's still illuminated now !

The red EPB light should stay on for a few minutes after the key is taken out, presumably you're leaving it for longer than that? 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Left it about an hour before going back down ive just been down again now to have a look and its still on now two hours later ?

Hi Chalky,
I suspect that something is preventing your D3 from "going to sleep". I'd get it diagnosed soonest or you'll have a flat battery.
If you have a charger, use it in the interim to try to keep the battery charged.
