Dear all,
Both DISCO3.CO.UK and RRSPORT.CO.UK will shortly begin the process of moving to their own dedicated hosting server. I am hoping that this will be completed in the next 24 hours.
This latest upgrade to the hosting of the sites will alleviate the speed issues which have occurred over the last few weeks - we've become very popular all of a sudden!
As a consequence of the server move, the galleries will be closed for uploads until the sites are on the new server. This will help to make the transition to the new server as smooth as possible. If you are desperate to share a photo in the next day or so please consider either using the Freel2.com Gallery - www.freel2.com - or using a photo hosting site such as www.flickr.com
I will keep you up to date with updates as they occur, I hope that disruption will be minimal, but as always with computers I can't promise anything
Martin

There, there Martin, have a look at the photos of the 2007 Defender. That should calm you down and help you forget about the present worries...

The gallery upload feature has been re-enabled as this is taking much, much longer than I thought

Guys,
Firstly, my apologies for the fact that the site has been down between 16:30 and 21:30 BST, however this was completely out of my control and I only found out 15 minutes ago
I hope no-one's been too lost without it...
Secondly, this obviously shows the need for a server move, however although we have problems with this server I do not want to get 'burnt' and end up with something unreliable (especially when I'd be set to lose money) and rush into a new one. So please bear with me whilst I find an acceptable solution

No joke here Martin........
I just set up a new network with 4 desktops and a wireless laptop. I was using the D3 site to test the internet connection without success
A server problem always looks worse when it's 'down'. Don't rush to jump into the fire from the frying pan.
