Headlights without orange reflector
Is it possible to take the lens off the headlights and remove the orange panel for the indicator or is it a case of buying the whole unit if so any idea where to buy it and costing.
Have seen it on a couple of members D3's on here and thought it might look good on my black D3

like the link says which i posted, all you need is some hairdryers on the headlight for a couple of 10min to soften the glue then it all pulls apart... after youve removed all the screws that is...
Thanks scootay just had a look at your link, really helpful. Can you not get the orange reflector of the side as well?
Might even think about colour coding some of the silver too (photoshop 1st me thinks just to see lol).

i did mine was a bit of a pain in the ass because it was so cold when i decided to do it.

I'll prob do it in next couple of weeks, gonna photoshop it first cos i might colour code some of the silver. See how it looks. I'll let you know when i'm gonna do it....

Well i finally got round to doing it..............No footy on the tv so i went outside took the light's out brought them in and hey presto after 2 hours the nasty orange things where out.
Overall not a bad job to do
Will post some pic's on here tomorrow once i have seen them properly in the morning
