Scraped plastic bumpers

Scored corner of the black plastic bumper quite badly squeezing past stone gatepost. Is there some way of fixing/ alleviating this without having to replace the bumper - i.e some type of filler that would be roughly same texture?

it is just presumed you got the painted bumper in case of bare plastic

"liquid rubber" might help but no warranties

Find yourself a "Plastic Surgeon"

My wife caught the front bumper of ours on a wall and really grazed it, proper deep Big Cry

When it went in for service I got their plastic surgeon to look at it and for £30+VAT he repaired it and its perfect Thumbs Up

I have never seen him perform but the results are properly amazing, looks like new! Christ knows how he does it. Before we purchased the car there was a hole in the rear plastic bumper, right on the corner above the reflecter. I naturally made a big deal of this with, I could see the purchase price plummeting because of it! (in my head that is) The salesman just causually said, "yeah, thats no problem, I'll get that done before you pick it up" to which Mr Know It All Here scoffed, but let him get on with it.

When we picked the truck up, I made a beeline straight to the bumper and sure enough, it was perfect. I had no idea this kind of work could not only be done, but done so reasonably.

He must be worth his weight in gold!
