3rd row seats/ plastic arm that retracts seat belt buckle
I have stupidly broken the plastic arm that pulls the seat belt buckle down with the seat when you lower into the floor. Local landrover dealer has quoted £150 labour, saying that the only way to fit a new one is to remove the seat etc/etc - has anybody come across this and is there a way of fitting with seat in place. Thanks

Thanks top-tech. The price of this item is £50.00 - I thought that they had got the . in the wrong place!! Sounds as though you have actually replaced one of these arms. Can you give me some tips. The one end of the arm needs to go onto a metal lug -it wont go on as I have tried but obviously don't want to break the part - does it have to be 'forced' on? Is there anything that has to be taken apart to fit the arm?

Hi
Noticed mine was broken the other day. Seat belt not going down with seat. Took the two parts out, braced the snapped plastic with a piece of plastic from a plastic box. Drilled 2mm holes through both parts and bolted them together. Added some 5min 2 pack glue for good measure. Managed to fit it back on with one seat down. Job done, no real cost just about an hours work.

Does anyone have the part number for this offending part? I have the same issue with my drivers-side 3rd row seat

I had one fail and replaced under warranty.
The technician printed off a plan of the seat assembly then we went back to the car and compared each part until the broken one was identified.
