If you want cheap as chips for putting MTRs on FFRR 19" 7 spoke can be had for silly money sometimes.

That's how hoarding starts!! U can't do that, there's a war on! (said in voice of ARP bloke from Dad's Army). Saying that I've got 5 (with FFRR rims) in my dining room and 5 if same in my parents' garage, SWMBO wants the dining room back.

Fraid not, all the rims are in the middle of the rubber. Just watch eBay, I got 3 for £25 each and 4th for £40. Go for the ones that have worn out tyres, flag them as "watched" and if they don't sell bung them a cheeky offer (rembering you are doing them a favour as you have to have the old tyres taken off). Works for me!
