Just a thought. Someone on here recently had the same issue - caused by a dodgy connection on the door. 2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +
2022 Tesla Model Y LR... almost Carpathian Grey
Previously : 2005 TDV6 SE Auto, Cairns Blue (288K) - ours for 16 years

I had a similar problem on my last D3, was the multi plug behind the kick panel in the drivers footwell, a green plug I think from memory, everytime I kicked the panel (I found this after a few days) the airbag light came on. Spent two days at dealer, but I found a fixed it myself in the end. Plug was loose and just needed snapping back together.
